Hence, people need not worry once they have done their best, for the heavens shall decide their success. Those who wish to inquire how fast success will come, just trust in the signs of the heavens when the clouds and winds gather. It will not be far off.

This porm tells the recipient that the successes in matters of fame or enterprises will depend on the efforts put in daily by the individual.
