Intepretation:

Things will change slowly, but no significant changes will be seen for this half moon. After the month, however, one must be prepared. Do not pursue too many aspirations or face disappointment. One is advised to change their ways of doing things before creating a better future, or risk wasting effort for naught. The cim warns the recipients to look for signs of waning. One must be careful in his/her dealings to safeguard the fruits of past labors. They should not overly expand based on what limited results they had in the past or risk losing their hard earned gains.

For pleas of wealth, minor profits can be achieved; larger aspirations are most likely going to be a waste of effort.

For pleas of academic success, there is little chance for achievements.

For pleas of marital matters, change of heart might be around the corner, so success may be difficult to attain.
