Intepretation:

Winter has arrived, and Spring is near. See how beautiful the scenery is, with the flowers hiding in their delicate buds waiting to blossom. The scene shall change wonce Spring arrives to dance upon peach blossoms. Flowers shall provide a spectacle while the birds shall sing before the halls of love. This is a tail of Spring’s rejuvenation.

This cim is used to inform that the inquirer that his/her situation is at its most difficult. But once the quagmire is overcome, a series of success and opportunities shall arrive. Those who have failed shall not give up hope, but prepare for a come back and greater success.
