Luobo pass is encountered in mid-life,

No detour was possible and all means exhausted,

Even the gods and fortunes cannot provide a solution,

Trapped as a ship running aground.


Intepretation:

This is a moment in time when Luobo (star of calamity) is encountered. There is no means of going around it, even the gods and fortunes will not help. The predicament is like a ship trapped against the beach, with neither retreat nor advance is an option. The poem means that your life is has met a crisis.

If the recipient is advanced in age, it would mean that his/her endeavors will be hopeless. If the recipient is still young, then he/she must weather the challenges as a test. Once this calamity is over, fortune and a bright future may yet be obtained.

For traveling amd moving – unfavorable.

For fame – self improvement is required, as there is little chance for success now.

For marriages – the fates have not decreed one to settle down, it will be difficult to succeed in this matter. Compellation is not recommended.

For ailments – one must seek carefully for medical aid; the young should not fear, but the elderly may encounter problems.

For legal matters – the undertaking may be delayed.
